Where It Began
COVID shutdowns, capacity shortages and volatile rates put global freight under intense pressure. For smaller importers, every disruption made a knowledge gap more expensive.
Freight Lab 360 helps e-commerce businesses and importers understand their options, spot costly gaps, and choose the right way to move goods as they grow.
You shouldn’t need years in logistics to question a quote, compare providers, or choose the right service. We give e-commerce teams and SMB importers the context, tools, and hands-on support to protect margins and keep shipments moving.

When freight costs keep changing, service options blur together and every provider speaks their own language, it’s hard to know whether you’re making the best call.
Freight Lab 360 was created to close that knowledge gap. You get provider-independent advice, practical education and freight support shaped around your business.
The result is a clearer plan, fewer costly surprises, and more confidence as your order volume grows.
COVID shutdowns, capacity shortages and volatile rates put global freight under intense pressure. For smaller importers, every disruption made a knowledge gap more expensive.
Many businesses had to accept freight recommendations without enough context to compare options or challenge costs. Tania Nicolson saw how access to clear, independent education could change those conversations.
Tania began consulting directly with e-commerce teams and SMB importers. Each engagement confirmed that businesses needed advice shaped around their products, customers, margins and growth plans.
Freight Lab 360 brought that experience into one place through expert-led education, practical tools, custom freight roadmaps and hands-on services. More businesses could now get the context behind the recommendation, not only the recommendation itself.
Give e-commerce businesses and SMB importers clear freight knowledge, independent advice and practical support so they can make better decisions, protect margins and grow with confidence.
A freight industry where smaller businesses can understand their options, question costs and choose providers with the same confidence as larger importers.
Plain-English explanations of freight options, costs and trade-offs, with advice that isn’t tied to a preferred provider.
Useful tools and clear next steps that make complex freight decisions easier to understand and manage as your business grows.
Training and resources that help your team ask better questions, compare options and build a freight plan around the way your business operates.

Director, Freight Lab 360
Hi, I’m Tania. I’ve spent 25 years in freight and logistics, across ports, pallets, airfreight, seafreight and e-commerce shipping.
Across that time, I’ve seen the same pattern. Many businesses pay for freight without having enough information to challenge costs, compare options or plan ahead.
I created Freight Lab 360 to give owners and operations teams that context. When you understand the trade-offs behind each shipment, you can protect your time and margins while making decisions with confidence.
My favourite part of the work is watching freight stop feeling like a black box. A clear plan changes the conversation with providers and gives your team room to grow.
We work with freight specialists, technology providers and educators whose expertise can help our customers. If there’s a practical fit between your work and ours, tell us what you have in mind.
Tell us what you’re shipping, where it needs to go and what’s getting in the way. We’ll come back with a clear, honest recommendation.
